Lactation Consultations

$300 1-1.5 hours. Eligible insurance will cover consultation, with an additional travel fee of $100.

We can discuss:

• Normal newborn behaviors, including feeding cues
• How to know if your baby is getting enough milk
• Sleep expectations for a newborn and how to gently work on sleep skills for the baby and parents
• Various positions to breastfeed your baby in
• Tongue/lip ties
• Pumping/bottle feeding
• We will use a hospital-grade scale and all of the tools of the trade, including years of experience working with new moms and babies. We will take a full medical history and examine the baby to address any issues.

$125 1 hour consult. Eligible insurance will cover 100%.

Not recommended for mothers experiencing nipple damage or newborns who are not gaining well, born premature, or have jaundice.
